Remember these are just SOME of the reasons why the ingredients are good for you. Eating healthy is best coupled with drinking plenty of water, exercise, managing stress and a getting a good nights rest.
Ingredients
1 Cucumber
2-3 Cups of Greek Yogurt
1 tsp dill
1 tsp garlic powder (can sub fresh garlic or minced garlic)
1/2 tsp of sea salt or pink salt
1 lemon
Peel skin off of cucumber and slice. Dice up slices as small as you would like them. Put all ingredients into a bowl and stir until mixed. Voila, now you have some awesome, delicious and refreshing tzatziki sauce! Enjoy!
