 Yogurt!!

Yogurt is one of my favorite go to items for breakfast, a snack, or if need I to eat something after 8pm. 

It’s easy to prepare, delicious and can be packed full of even more nutrition with the right ingredients. Checkout my food blog in bio for more. 

What’s on it and why it’s good:

Ground flaxseeds - delicious nutty flavor, full of minerals, source of fiber and contains omega 3s

Bananas - great source of potassium, a mineral vital to heart health, blood pressure and is vital to kidney health

Pumpkin seeds - high in magnesium which promotes heart, brain and muscle function (to name a few) good source of antioxidants, can lower blood sugar levels

Blueberries - very high in antioxidants, can help maintain brain function and improve memory, can help aid for UTIs, can help with muscle soreness after a strenuous exercise 

Yogurt - high in protein, good source of probiotics for gut and immune health, high in B vitamins, good source of calcium

Optional add ins - cinnamon, pecans, almonds, chia seeds, other fruit, honey, peanut butter and much more!
