• Apple cider vinegar (any brand, about 2 TBSP)
• Calm magnesium powder (any brand is fine as long as it is powdered)
• Sweet Dreams tea (any brand, you can also use chamomile tea)
• Elderberry + Echinacea tea (any brand is fine)
It’s part of my nightly routine. It lets my mind & body know that it’s time to start winding down for sleep, that it’s time to let go of the days events.

ACV - aids the body with digestion, can relieve symptoms of indigestion or acid reflux that can sometime occur while sleeping.
Magnesium - natural calming effect, increases healthy bowels, aids with brain and blood function, can help you fall and stay asleep throughout the night
Sweet dreams tea - it’s a soothing herbal tea that can help aid with sleep - there are also some available with valerian root and melatonin
Echinacea + elderberry tea is great for your immune system and it tastes great!
I add about 1-2 tbsps of ACV. I’ve been drinking this nightly for going on 3 years and I can really tell the difference when I don’t take it and when I do. Enjoy 😊
